Upgrading

From Settings → Subscription, pick any higher plan. You don't have to step through them in order; Free can jump straight to Growth. The new plan's modules turn on immediately, and your routing-address allowance is raised to at least what the new plan includes right away.

Downgrading

Downgrading (or cancelling) is a request, not a self-serve button: email [email protected]. That's deliberate: a workspace using more than the lower plan allows (more routing addresses, or CRM/Deals data in active use) needs a quick manual step first. Once it goes through, modules the new plan doesn't include turn off (your data isn't deleted; turn the plan back up later and it's exactly as you left it), and your routing-address limit is capped to match the new plan.

Seats & extra routing addresses

Seats aren't capped by plan. Add as many teammates as you need from Settings → Subscription, billed per seat at your plan's rate. Extra routing addresses beyond what your plan includes are a small add-on each, up to your plan's max (Suite's allowance is arranged directly rather than self-serve).

Turning a module off yourself

Don't use IT ticketing, CRM, Deals, Records, or the Escalations dashboard? Any owner can turn each off individually from Settings → Preferences. It disappears from the sidebar and every form for the whole workspace, with nothing deleted. This is separate from your plan: it's just hiding what you're not using, and you can turn any of it back on the moment you need it.
