Using Go1Desk

You need an account to use Go1Desk. You're responsible for what happens under your login, and for making sure the people you invite to your workspace are allowed to see the data you give them access to.

Your data

Everything you put into your workspace (tickets, contacts, deals, custom fields) belongs to you. We store and process it to run the product; we don't claim ownership of it.

Plans, seats & billing

Workspaces are billed per seat. Adding a user beyond your seat limit is blocked until you add more seats. The Free plan has no trial and no expiration: it's free for one seat, indefinitely. A workspace that signs up on a paid plan instead gets a 30-day free trial of it; using Go1Desk on that plan after the trial ends requires an active subscription. Pricing shown on this site is current as of publish and may change with notice; we'll tell workspace owners before a price change takes effect on their account.

Plan entitlements

Each plan includes a fixed maximum number of routing (inbound-email-to-ticket) addresses, and access to certain modules, as follows. The plan you're on when you upgrade or sign up determines what's currently available on your workspace: Free (up to 1 routing address); Starter (up to 3 routing addresses); Growth (up to 6 routing addresses, plus CRM, Deals); Suite (a custom routing-address allowance, plus CRM, Deals, Call logging). Once a plan's routing-address limit is reached, adding more requires upgrading to a higher plan; we don't silently grant more than a plan includes.

Upgrades, downgrades & cancellation

You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Subscription; the new plan's modules and limits apply immediately. Downgrading, or cancelling entirely, can be requested by contacting us. We don't currently support fully self-serve downgrades because a workspace using more than the lower plan allows (e.g. more routing addresses, or CRM/Deals data) needs a short manual step to resolve that first. Cancelling stops future billing; your data remains available for a reasonable window afterward in case you change your mind, then may be deleted per our data retention practice (see the Privacy Policy).

Deleting your company

There's no self-serve "delete my company" button in the product. Permanently deleting a workspace and everything in it (tickets, contacts, deals, and every other record) is something we do by hand on request, not something that can happen by an accidental click. To request it, email [email protected] from an address associated with your workspace. Once we've verified the request, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Acceptable use

Don't use Go1Desk to send spam, store unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service for other workspaces.

Service availability

We work to keep Go1Desk available and monitor it continuously (automated uptime checks and error alerting), but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues can cause downtime. We don't currently offer a contractual uptime SLA or service credits.

Termination

You can stop using Go1Desk at any time (see Cancellation above). We may suspend or terminate a workspace's access if it violates the Acceptable use section above, if required by law, or for non-payment after a reasonable notice period. Where practical, we'll tell you why before or when we do.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Go1Desk is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go1Desk and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Go1Desk harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, or from data you store in your workspace that you didn't have the right to store or share.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory local law applicable to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners.
